Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

We accept returns when:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • You request a return within 30 days of delivery

  • You provide your order number or proof of purchase

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used skincare products, except where required by law.

Non-Returnable Items

Unless required by local regulations, these items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used products

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale / clearance items

  • Bundles where one or more items have been opened

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48–72 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item and outer packaging

We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

How to Request a Return

Email us at care@theskindr.co.kr with:

  • Order number

  • Item(s) you want to return

  • Reason for the return

If approved, we will send return instructions.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping is [paid by the customer / covered by us]

  • We cover return shipping when the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect (where applicable)

We recommend using a trackable service.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of your refund status.
If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

Exchanges
