Orders – How to place, change, or cancel an order. How do I place an order?
Simply add your items to cart, proceed to checkout, and follow the payment steps. You’ll receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is completed.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to change or cancel, contact us as soon as possible at care@theskindr.co.kr. We’ll do our best to help, but changes may not be possible once your order is packed or shipped.
I didn’t receive a confirmation email. What should I do?
Please check your spam/junk folder. If you still can’t find it, contact us with your name and email used at checkout.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unused, unopened products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare items are not eligible for return unless required by law.
How do I request a return?

Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is covered by us.
When will I receive my refund?
